Bradley Hawley

Our Prattville, Alabama, law firm was founded by attorney Bradley A. Hawley. Mr. Hawley graduated from Columbus State University, and obtained his law degree from Faulkner University in Montgomery. He has a wide range of legal experience, which he developed throughout his career. Before opening his own law practice, Mr. Hawley served as:

• An associate for three years with The Law Office of David R. Clark, L.L.C. in Prattville, Alabama, where he represented clients with legal issues including bankruptcy, criminal defense, and family law.
  
• An Intern with United States Army JAG Corps at Redstone Arsenal, where he investigated and prepared criminal prosecutions under the UCMJ ranging from public intoxication to child pornography cases.
  
• An enlisted member of the United States Army. Mr. Hawley proudly served from February of 1999 until July of 2003. Mr. Hawley was a 13F (forward observer) with the Third Infantry Division out of Fort Benning, Georgia.

After his military service, Mr. Hawley remained dedicated to helping people in need. Mr. Hawley brings nearly twenty years of practical experience to the legal profession.
